- Development of and implementation of technical assurance processes and plans across all subsea and pipeline engineering, fabrication and installation disciplines.
- Design review, fabrication/constructability review and readiness review framing, detailed planning and implementation including workshop facilitation.
- Performance of technical audits for subsea equipment design and fabrication.
- Front-end risk assessments which can then be employed to develop robust contracting strategies and project schedules which effectively manage Clients risk.
- Development and implementation of design-fabrication-installation readiness reviews in the context of lump-sum EPC contracts to provide operators with assurance that adequate controls and quality assurance milestones have been defined and realised prior to commitment to fabrication and installation phases.
